About Shea Peffly

Shea grew up in a structured military household as the daughter of a Marine, where she learned early the importance of discipline, hard work, and earning trust and respect. Those foundational values shaped her personal and professional path, creating progressive growth opportunities that led her from senior operations and executive leadership roles to entrepreneurship.

With more than 26 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience, Shea understands firsthand the challenges leaders face. She has sat in the integrator’s seat, led executive teams, navigated complexity, and driven results. Today, she uses that experience to help leaders grow stronger businesses and healthier cultures.

Shea discovered EOS® in 2016 while serving as Integrator for her prior company, where she was responsible for re-teaching and reinforcing the EOS tools and disciplines. Through this work, she experienced the power of Vision, Traction, and Healthy in real time as the organization gained clarity, alignment, and momentum. The results were transformative—creating a cohesive leadership team, a healthy culture, and measurable business traction.

Inspired by that experience, Shea felt called to contribute on a larger scale by helping other entrepreneurial organizations achieve similar results. After being both a client of an EOS Implementer and successfully implementing EOS herself, she transitioned from executive roles to pursue her passion as full-time EOS Implementer® and business consultant.

Today, Shea runs her own firm, drawing on real-world experience to help entrepreneurial leaders have the tough conversations, strengthen accountability, and optimize their businesses.
